This will be made a lot in our home I think. It was easy and delicious!
- 3 cups cucumbers, diced
- 2 cups chicken breast, chopped (I used my favorite rotisserie chicken)
- 1 cup green onions, diced
- 1 container of cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup Greek yogurt salad dressing (I used the Opa brand Feta Dill flavor but will be making my own next time)
- Throw everything in a bowl.
- Mix it up.
- Best if chilled for 30 minutes or so.
