I am so loving my Instant Pot and have been playing with all kinds of recipes. My last project was Elderberry Syrup – think cough syrup but not just for a cough necessarily…more of an all around immune boost. You can take some as maintenance or up your dose if you begin to feel under the weather. Here is the recipe, in case you are interested.

Update: I made this right after this post went live. The recipe is PERFECT and I loved it. If you are a fan of classic hummus, you have got to try this recipe!
